I advised that my tires make a lot of noise. I was told they could not replicate due to weather but they will rotate and balance. The tires are now louder than they were before. I have no issue with the collar VW dealership. They are helpful and professional. Although I have a pre-existing warranty and I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle and ended up paying 60 They are helpful and professional. Although I have a pre-existing warranty and I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle and ended up paying 600$ for a differential service on my Jetta 6 months after I purchased it. I think that was very odd and uncalled for and it should have been covered under my engine warranty. That is the only thing I’m displeased about. More
