North Penn VW - Service Center

Over the years I have written a few reviews on this place. My last visit was just as good. Was there for warranty service and was given a brand new car as a free rental. Service was complete by next da place. My last visit was just as good. Was there for warranty service and was given a brand new car as a free rental. Service was complete by next day or end of the day I dropped off, ( I forget which) and customer service at the desk was friendly as always. I like seeing the same employees over and over and in my eyes that says the company has reliable decent people and they are at least an alright company to work for. Just my 2 cents and observation lol More

North Penn is #1. They always take tye best care of my vehicle and me. This time I needed multiple pick ups and drop offs and they were speedy and on time. North Penn has been servicing my VW for several years. I have found their service to be thorough, punctual, and honest. The service tech provides a video walk around to show what they are doing and the co I have found their service to be thorough, punctual, and honest. While they do have rental cars available, it would be appreciated for them to add loaner cars to their list of services. More
