Experience was great except DIAGNOSIS $169. Said my air filter needed to be changed out dirty wanted to fix for part $34.68 and $53.15 even showed me on video BUT DID NOT TELL ME airfilter comp Said my air filter needed to be changed out dirty wanted to fix for part $34.68 and $53.15 even showed me on video BUT DID NOT TELL ME airfilter compartment was filled with acorns. Found this out when my son changed filter out over the weekend. My told Bill that day was $572.57 which I paid. It should have told and replaced part for price of part for the filter since had to pull airfilter for test. I'm not a first time vw buyer this is my 5th car there More

It was convenient and stress-free. I dropped my car off and made it to work on time. I just hope the part that is needed can be installed soon.
