Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen Walking into a Volkswagen dealership on a snowy evening is not my idea of the way to spend my free time, but when you walk into North Penn Volkswagen and you are welcomed by a gentleman such as Tim Notarianni, you cannot help but be pleased to be just where you are! I was dropping off my car for a routine service appointment on such an evening and, as always, I was greeted by the friendly service manager Bill Sampson. He was warm, knowledgeable and pleasent. He was not selling cars, nor were any other of the associates that I encountered that evening. These men were being human, kind, gracious. Tim Notarianni is the leader of these qualities. He was, as usual, filled with more knowledge about my upcoming service and concerned that everything was in good shape with my current 2012 Jetta. .North Penn doesn't need to sell cars because the staff at that dealership just makes you want to buy anything from them. I walked out that night with a brand new Volkswagon . I don't know why I bought a car. I certainly had not planned to do so, but once again, I have another wonderful car with the memories of a wonderful North Penn VW experience. I spoke to one of the employees of the dealership saying, " I don't particularly like a Volkswagens more than any other car in the world, " but I certainly like to work with North Penn and their staff, their financial management representative, Jason Hartman, a true professional and especially their sales representative, Tim. These kinds of people make buying anything, a pleasure. I would recommend them and I trust them. When I'm there, I feel important and I feel that my concerns are theirs . They make me realize that my safety and happiness is their most important job. What more can you ask in this day and age! More

I've always thought that VW's had the best of everything and that's the quality that you get with owning and buying a VW which is why I bought the vehicle I did.. My hats are off to all of the people at North Penn VW from the salesmen who sold me my Passat SEL (Joe DePhillipo) to the service department (Bill Sansom) they are the best so they don't have to worry about the rest!!! Ken Benton and Jorge Campacci are the teams TOP PERFORMERS (and James Wilkie) like the star players on a national football team. They understand my financial limits and work with me to solve my service issues to keep my GTI on the road. They go above and beyond to make sure I know that VW is like no other car manufacturer. I can't express enough how much they treat meet like a valued customer and find ways to help me to keep my costs to a minimum. The knowledge that they and every person I've met at NorthPenn tells me that they not only love their jobs but strive to be among the best. They take great pride in their dealership and their work. Ken Benton always explains what they service on the car and what steps I should take to keep maintenance up and to keep costs down. I was totally stressed out about my up coming PA inspection because of the high mileage I drive a year, Ken took the initiative to make sure everything got done that was needed and kept costs to a bare minimum. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation to Ken Benton, Jorge Campacci and James Wilkie enough! You guys keep my car on the road to help me make a living. I took my 2012 VW GTI into service for a loss in acceleration and an engine light illuminated. It is very rare to come across someone who continues to help you way past the date of sale and for that I appreciate it a lot! He is a reason I will stay at North Penn for a long time to come. Another Star at that dealership is Ken Benton, hopefully this write up expresses how much Ken helped me and how far above and beyond the norm for a service dept. Ken helped me out of my rough situation. After having a very stressful month already I was with little options the day I went to pick up my GTI. I drive a very long commute everyday and my GTI is my life-line, it gets me to my jobs and without it I would lose everything. Ken seeing that I was having financial problems with my bank and that I was becoming emotional made a call to his manager to find out how they could help me. It is VERY rare these days to have anyone step way beyond to help another person and to be treated like a person and not just a source of income. After talking with his manager (I apologize for not remembering his name) Ken called me the next day and after my apologies for being so emotional the day before, explained that not a portion but the WHOLE service charge would be covered under warranty!! I was SHOCKED!! That news gave me a HUGE sigh of relief. I can't stress that enough. Everyone knows how tight money is today and they literally saved me. The help and service that Ken Benton went to above and beyond the norm, really helped me and hopefully gets him rewarded for not only great customer service but for helping and affecting another persons life. I appreciate it tremendously and I look forward to staying at North Penn for a very very longtime. Took my 2006 Passat to North Penn for recall service. Staff indicated that there were many problems with the car including some items I just received service on.
