Service Excellence! No one is perfect but the service team at North Penn strives to meet that level, and they come close. They worked with me to combine multiple services and handle a few unanticipated repairs into a one visit. The fact that they were so competitive with pricing and provided a loaner, just made it an effortless experience. I do not live anywhere near this dealer but on a recommendation, I purchased my car from them but I went to my local VW dealer for service which is 5 minutes from my house. Unfortunately, they are not the same as North Penn. The service, the people at North Penn and most importantly, the excellent and fair pricing means I learned my lesson. I will not go anywhere else for service for my Jetta. More

First Service I recently took my new Atlas in for its initial service. There were some recall issues that were taken care of but more importantly, I had an oil chan I recently took my new Atlas in for its initial service. There were some recall issues that were taken care of but more importantly, I had an oil change done by an outside shop (Valvoline) that believe it or not, did not go well. The o-ring around the filter was crimped and subsequently began leaking oil to the extent the oil light was illuminated. I stopped, had it fixed and sent my car to North Penn VW for the once over and to see if I needed the oil changed again. I was sent a full video analysis by the tech, basically telling me everything looked good and they did not see the need for another oil change. Talk about professionalism!
