Accommodating and Professional experience. Tracy, Ken and Shannon were all very helpful when I brought my GTI in with a coolant issue. Consistently great service for my VW Atlas I live in Philadelphia and while there is a closer dealer to me, the service and honesty I get from VW North Penn keeps me coming back. I’m pretty particular about my Atlas that I purchased from them and they have time after time patiently dealt with my questions and have worked hard to resolve concerns. Tracy in service is a pleasure to work with and is super responsive. I had selected North Penn VW based on ratings and reviews I’ve read on this website and absolutely zero regrets with going with them for the new car purchase a little more than a year ago (Sept 2017) as well as for 10k and 20k service plus a few other minor concerns that they fixed.
