Good but not perfect The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended “ECM Programming.” My question, if you’re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn’t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Still another great experience. My car was in for a manufacturer recall to upgrade software and to investigate a slow leak in one tire. When that tire had to be replaced, North Penn My car was in for a manufacturer recall to upgrade software and to investigate a slow leak in one tire. When that tire had to be replaced, North Penn sent me home driving on the spare until they could acquire the proper tire. Later that day, they alerted the tire had arrived. I returned and they remounted the tire to the car. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. More
