Check Engine Light Unfortunately, the check engine light came on in my Tiguan. Erin in service was great, she got my car in and out in a timely manner. Your service department should do a commecial I came in to get new tires and an alignment and I feel like I drove away with a completely new car because it drives so much better now. I actually wince a little bit everytime I accidentally hit a pot hole. I bought my car from another dealer in the area, and I was not happy with the service of the dealer that I bought my car from. I then tried to get service at another area VW dealership, it is closer to my home and work, and tried unsuccessfully to even get someone on the phone to schedule service! Over the course of 3 months or so, everytime I called, they'd "connect me" to their service department, but I never got a call back at all after me leaving multiple voicemails that i was inquiring about making a service appointment. So I decided to get service at North Penn VW instead. North Penn VW has been such a relieving experience for me. The service department should do a commercial to highlight that they'll pick up the slack from the other car dealers. I feel much more comfortable on the road in a VW that's been serviced at North Penn VW. More

Thorough, efficient. Usually great customer service I have used this service center multiple times and have usually been extremely satisfied. Unfortunately on one occasion I was extremely disappointed I have used this service center multiple times and have usually been extremely satisfied. Unfortunately on one occasion I was extremely disappointed to have my appointment cancelled due to running 15minutes behind arriving for my drop off appointment. Also, it can be particularly challenging to get in, as their appointment are usually booked out for a week or two. However, on my most recent visit, my faith in this location was restored as they were able to accommodate me on short notice after having been failed by another VW dealership service center. Of the three VW dealership I have used throughout the 14yrs of me owning a VW the North Penn service department has proven to be superior on all levels. Particularly in the area of customer service, effective communication and thorough technical ability. It is for these reasons that I highly recommend this location for it's well managed service department, knowledgeable service advisors, and friendly and efficient team members. More
