Hello Ms. Morganheira, I apologize that you found damage on your Jetta after picking up from being service and washed. As we've discussed, I and several others have reviewed security camera videos. The damage is present and shown in video before the vehicle is pulled into our service shop and also pictured in the technician's inspection video he sent you. The photos taken after the car was washed have visible markings in an orange color which you will not find anywhere on our property. This damage was present before we serviced the vehicle and not caused by North Penn Imports or it's employees. Sincerely, Ken Benton Service Manager

Hi Ken, Per discussion, you stated the other staff member that reviewed the video did not see the damage on the vehicle when the vehicle is pulled into your service. You proceeded to blame the quality of the video as to why damage is not seen, even though the fact is that damage is not seen when the car arrives. The mark is brown, not orange. My car was not damaged prior to arrival to North Penn Imports. The damage was present when I picked up my car, after you serviced the vehicle. Sincerely, Cristina
