They returned our calls and walked us through the steps. We ended signing the deal through John who was great! Very polite and professional. We had old module and not have to change, but my husband would like to have new car after Joe introduce this new module to him. Joe let my husband to test driver first, and then, let me do again as my husband told him I will be the drive of the car. So We both feel very comfortable with Joe, not like other dealer, who just push you! Joe did it in another way, show the good feature of the new module and let us to love it and then make the decision. And, after we drive the new car back home, we found the cell phone charger cable is missing which is not sure why. But Joe send it by mail immediately after we notice him. We do appreciate for that. Joe is a nice sales. Jason also helped us to finalized the payment and paper work, which is very smoothly. Another guy, we didn't met in store, but he offer the attractive price which bring us into this dealer, who name is John. He response to our email very efficiency. They're all very nice and friendly. We had previously dealt with North Penn's Service department and knew they were courteous, professional, and highly-competent (Erin Trotter). Now, having just purchased a care from North Penn, we learned the Sales and Finance departments are equally professional and engaging. Our salesman, Tim Notarianni, was the most knowledge person we'd ever met when it came to all things Volkswagen. He is a a low-key and no-pressure person who has a passion for his profession. In general, we give our highest recommendation to the entire North Penn VW experience. More

Best dealership experience ever. I have had a lot of typical "frustrations" with other dealers, patronising/pushy/ attitude etc. After checking on a new car price (we never considered I have had a lot of typical "frustrations" with other dealers, patronising/pushy/ attitude etc. After checking on a new car price (we never considered a new car) through USAA, North Penn came up very competively. I rang them and Tim answered. Immediately he was friendly and very knowledgable answering quite obtuse questions. My wife and I reluctantly shleped across form NJ having just visited a few other dealers and she was in no mood to be going to another one. When we arrived Tim had everything in hand and even though now late in the evening was calm and spent a lot of time trying out 2 different Jetta wagons and answering my Wifes queries. We left without any pressure from him. He kept us informed and even though we did go to 2 other dealers closer they were no where near overall such a good experience. The other dealers promised to match the deal from North Penn but ultimately couldn't and quite frankly even had they been better by a few $100 we would have still driven the extra distance to give North Penn our business. I had to leave for a trip when my wife picked up the car, and again Tim couldn't have been more helpful taking my wife through it slowly and methodically. The whole experience from the quality of the facility/staff/coffee/backup etc etc was top notch and so I heartly recommend North Penn and Tim Notarianni. Thanks. More

I'm pretty familiar with VW's product, and the whole VW dealership experience in general, but after dealing with North Penn I can truly say they stand above the rest that I've seen. I worked with Bill Kurz. Bill was friendly, courteous, accommodating, entirely professional, and gave me absolutely no b.s. He earned my respect very quickly in the process and it made everything that much easier.
