After I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Matt T. There should be more guys like Matt. He was professional, courteous and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. Matt continues to work, hours after the dealership closes. He even emailed me details about a Jetta at 11pm! After finding that perfect car, Jason H. in finance went above and beyond to made it all happen. I find it very hard to believe that you will find this kind of hard work and dedication anywhere else. I am so glad I made the trip to North Penn!! More

Great personalized service We had such a nice experience at North Penn. We were very suprised at the lengths our sales team went to to make sure we left with the car we loved. I went from dealership to dealership finding unknowledgeable or aggressive salespeople. I was not previously interested in a VW but I saw an ad online for one of their cars and ended up stopping in. The salesmen were very helpful and seemed to work as a team rather than against each other. It was a very comfortable experience and the car was in great shape for my price point. I bought the vehicle and I couldn't be happier with it so far. Only negative was one of my tire valve caps was missing but that was easily replaced. All and all I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car buying experience. More
