Great people I went in to this dealership just to see what I could not expecting anything especially because of my situation with my car. I talked to Shawn through email and he sounded very positive and I scheduled an appointment with bill. Bill did everything he could to give me the best deal for what I needed. He compared multiple vehicles that a wanted and also put one of his own picks in the bunch. The ones I origially wanted were very nice but to be honest his choice was very nice and suited me for my job. It was a 2014 Jetta 1.8t se. It's a great car I liked it from the first time I sat in it. He took the time to go over everything with me instead of just sending me off in it. He is a great guy to work with. After everything was done I was sent to Jason H to do the paper work. The first two loans I couldn't possibly do but he didn't stop he looked into it further and got me another option with a low rate which I jumped right on. Also he went over all the extra warranty packages in full detail about what was covered and what these packages would cover. To sum up my experience this is a great place to buy largely in part because they are actual people not a bunch of salesman who just wants to shove something down your throat and get rid of you. I will absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new or used volkswagen to stop here first and meet with this awesome staff. If and when I get another car it will be from north penn volkswagen. I never felt pressured in any way to do anything I didn't want to, and I didn't get any of the usual dealer tricks they you get at most other places. He was just honest with me and patient as well. After two different visits and exchanging emails back and forth, I decided to trade in my '04 Golf with 145K on it for a '12 Golf. I thought their offer for my trade was more than fair as well as the overall price of the car. Then when it came down to doing the paperwork, Matt and Jason Hartman were very thorough in explaining everything and making sure all the numbers stayed the same the whole time. They also didn't have any hidden fees or anything like that, everything was straight-forward and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a VW. On a sidenote, they don't put any stickers, markings, or license plate frames on their cars to say their name; it's small but I love that they don't want to mess up a great car with a tacky sticker! Damage car during service dropped car off for an easy oil change. Get home and realize the whole bumper is cracked. Upon returning to the dealer the owner came out and told me dropped car off for an easy oil change. Get home and realize the whole bumper is cracked. Upon returning to the dealer the owner came out and told me that I must have hit something. When asked them for the security footage it was "temporarily down". No remorse. No sorry. Nothing.
