Great people I went in to this dealership just to see what I could not expecting anything especially because of my situation with my car. I talked to Shawn through I went in to this dealership just to see what I could not expecting anything especially because of my situation with my car. I talked to Shawn through email and he sounded very positive and I scheduled an appointment with bill. Bill did everything he could to give me the best deal for what I needed. He compared multiple vehicles that a wanted and also put one of his own picks in the bunch. The ones I origially wanted were very nice but to be honest his choice was very nice and suited me for my job. It was a 2014 Jetta 1.8t se. It's a great car I liked it from the first time I sat in it. He took the time to go over everything with me instead of just sending me off in it. He is a great guy to work with. After everything was done I was sent to Jason H to do the paper work. The first two loans I couldn't possibly do but he didn't stop he looked into it further and got me another option with a low rate which I jumped right on. Also he went over all the extra warranty packages in full detail about what was covered and what these packages would cover. To sum up my experience this is a great place to buy largely in part because they are actual people not a bunch of salesman who just wants to shove something down your throat and get rid of you. I will absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new or used volkswagen to stop here first and meet with this awesome staff. If and when I get another car it will be from north penn volkswagen. You guys just earned a customer for life. More
