Very happy car purchase experience I came to North Penn VW as they had a used VW Jetta TDI that I was interested in. From the time that I first expressed an interest in the car online and inquired about the availability, John Balassis, was very prompt with responding back, and worked with me in setting up an appointment to take a test drive. Both Bill, and Jason were very friendly, professional, helpful and patient with all my questions and needs. There was another person who evaluated my car, and came me a fair and reasonable trade in value, but unfortunately, as I only saw him briefly, I do not remember his name. In any case, every one that I dealt with at North Penn VW, was very friendly and made my car buying experience very positive. More

Absolutely Perfect My wife and I never felt like Matt was trying to sell us a car.
