He was so helpful, even setting up blue tooth for our phones in our new vehicle. John was also very helpful, explaining the different warranties we could purchase. I have probably never purchased a warranty on anything before in my life, but theirs just made so much sense, it seemed foolish NOT to purchase it, and I'm very happy I have that added peace of mind.
