Incredible and Painless Buying Experience We found our "new" VW Beetle online after visiting and being disappointed by two local dealers. John Kurz had the car sitting in the front of the parking lot when we arrived, we took it for a test drive, and, after he presented our options, we left after making a deposit. We returned a few days later to pick up the car, and Jason Hartman went over all the paperwork with us; he was extremely professional, explained each item clearly, and answered all of our question. Once we were finished with the paperwork, John spent over an hour with us going over all the intricacies of our Beetle convertible. My husband and I truly enjoyed the non-pressure-filled atmosphere of this dealership, especially our experience with John and Jason. More

I had a number I wanted to pay for new GTI in my head walking in and he and I literally worked out price in about 30 seconds. Fair and Efficient. There were a couple of options I wanted and he presented multiple options for getting exactly what I wanted in a timely and clearly communicated manner. He and his team took just the right amount of time to close the deal as well. The process didn't drag on for hours (thankfully). Rather he answered questions my wife and I had thoughtfully and efficiently. Their finance team (Jason H.) was equally efficient and easy to talk to. Walked me through the details and answered questions I had. Neither gave a hard sell on 'extras' (service plans, etc) but they did take the time to describe the products available and didn't push when I declined on some. Basically they treated me as I would treat others, and what more can you ask. In sum, this is our first VW and if there is another in our future, I'll find Bill and his team and work with them. No hesitation. More
