Luckily for me we ran into Tim @ the dealership and he was able to put her into a Brand Spankin New Jetta for around the same price as a used car. The experience was great and the people at NPVW were great and easy to work with. Glad we decided to give them a try and now we have a Shiny New Car for her to worry about. We leave in Delaware and it was well worth the drive (twice - once to 'shop' and once to 'buy'). Our salesman, Matt, was very knowledgable about the car. Jason found financing, even though we were out of state, the cost was correct compared to what we thought it was worth, and the paperwork was ready when we got there. One great part was that, once the sale was complete, Matt explained all the features of the car in detail and answered our questions. The best part, of course, is that the car is beautiful and 'so cute' - it looks like a new car! Thanks again! More

The service job that North Penn performed on this car is phenomenal and it looks brand new and rides beautifully. We found the car on their site after work with John providing initial assistance. That evening, we went to discuss the car with Irv who could not be more friendly and with the help of Irv, we managed to complete the sale after hours that night much to our appreciation. Jason did a great job of clearly explaining all steps in the finance process. We highly recommend North Penn as this was our first experience and overall, our assessment is that this is a very well run, friendly operation. More

Although I still loved the 2002 VW Jetta I had learned to drive on, and that my mom h Recently I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. Although I still loved the 2002 VW Jetta I had learned to drive on, and that my mom had handed down to me, it was starting to get a bit unreliable in the winter months. I had no idea where to start looking, and the first few test drives at different dealerships were a little underwhelming to say the least. Then I figured it would be worth checking out the VW line up for 2015, and I am so happy I did. My mom and I went to North Penn VW, and Greg greeted us immediately as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable about everything VW had to offer, and was extremely patient with me as I looked at the different options and narrowed down my choices to a Jetta TDI in manual transmission. We went on a test drive that day in a SEL, and I absolutely adored everything the car had to offer (all of which was explained in detail by Greg before we started driving). Afterwards, he was able to locate the car I wanted in my favorite color, and my Dad and I were back two days later to talk about the details. Two more days went by, and the car was mine! I spoke with Jason when I had to sign all the paperwork, and he was very helpful in explaining the different warranty options that were available and moving the process along smoothly. I was given a very fair price on the car, the extended warranty, the gap insurance, and the complete protection package. Then Greg made sure to show me what all the different buttons and levers in my car did before I drove it home. The entire experience was beyond any expectations I had going in. Everyone treated me with respect throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and got me into a car that I love. If anyone is looking to get a VW, I would absolutely tell them to go to North Penn VW! More
