I had called and explained the mess of a situation I put myself in (lease- hated the car and over mileage with 9 months to go) and asked if they would be willing to discuss any options with me. They seemed genuinely happy to help me... I had gone to and called quite a few other dealers and they were all rude and acted as if they didn't want my business. When I arrived for my first appointment, Derek already had a plan in place to help me, even though he was jumping through hoops. Then he introduced me to Bill, who treated me with that same level of respect and genuine care. From the moment you walk in they do not judge or act like they are doing you a favor. Please know that I would never say any of this if I didn't mean it. I work in the service industry and know that most people only take time to complain it never take time to appreciate.
