Fast and Easy I came to North Penn VW after having walked out of another dealership when they would not meet the price I wanted. I did not share the other dealer's I came to North Penn VW after having walked out of another dealership when they would not meet the price I wanted. I did not share the other dealer's final offer with my salesperson at North Penn, nor did I even tell him what I wanted to spend. I wanted to see what number he would come up with. His offer was significantly lower than the other dealer, plus he offered me hundreds more for my trade. He located the exact car I wanted and it was delivered in a few days. My entire experience was very easy and pleasant. I'm a very happy customer. More

He always goes above and beyond and helps make my service experience great and as stressless as possible. He not only goes over my problems but suggests little tips on things that I can do to keep costs down. 4-22-15 (this was a couple months ago) I had a major problem with coolant all over the ground and my car was inoperable. I called North Penn and spoke to Ken. I had my car towed to dealer that day and within a couple days the car had a new water pump and serpentine belt. Now it runs really well again and that is one less thing to stress over. Thank you Ken and Thank you North Penn for truly making car service professional and stressless. Bill Kurz answered all of my questions, was very patient and understanding, and ultimately helped me find the car I wanted! I was looking for a used Jetta to help with my price range, but Bill helped me finance for a brand new one! It was better than what I could have imagined and Jason Hartman was also great at helping me get the rate I wanted. They even stayed late for me so I would be able to drive my new car home that day! Overall great experience and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new/used car should definitely check this place out! You will be nothing short of pleased from the great service. More
