I basically knew what car I wanted when I came to north penn but Bill made the entire process easy. He gave me a great offer to start and even though I waited two weeks to come back and buy the car when I had time he still was just as accommodating. They kept the price they had given me even though they sold the car I was looking at. They brought in a car from another dealership in 2 days. And then they kept all the paperwork quick and easy as well. I worked with Fred Beans on my last car and the finance part took probably 3 times as long. They didn't push to sell me things I didn't need and explained everything I didn't understand. Overall a great experience!! More
