Asked if we could get the car we saw and at out bottom line monthly rate. He worked with us and insured us we could get what we wanted. He really worked hard for us and we were fortunate to have him on our side. Their financing was also easy to work with. Clearly an experienced sales team who know VW's. Other dealers we experienced employed sales people with less than 6 months experience and no clue about basic features. Finance and paperwork were a breeze with John who thoroughly reviewed and explained everything as concisely as possible. A wealth of resources at North Penn VW and a true pleasure to work with.
