All the service personnel are extremely professional, fantastic attitude, friendly and they make it as comfortable as possible. I purchased my 06 Passat at a different dealer with a warranty but brought it to North Penn for service.. They fought for me to make sure the warranty company covered what was to be covered in repairs. I paid my car off and needed a new car. Because I had an excellent experience with all the service personnel for my repairs, I wanted to keep that experience with repairs on my new car. they gave me a great trade in price and I bought a new Jetta there, excellent price. I dealt with Bill Kurtz, my salesman, Jason Hartman, business manager and Derek Fichett, sales manager and again, all very friendly, very helpful, never pushy, they gave such excellent service from beginning to finish. Brendan, a young and recently hired salesman was really nice, This was not the closest dealer for me but I'm glad I went to NorthPenn to by a new VW. Brendan, a young and recently hired salesman was really nice, very courteous, great listener and not pushy. He was quite knowledgeable about the car and the dealership but not afraid to say when he did not know the answer bringing the right personne to answer my question. For the financial transaction I talked to Jason and it was again a great experience. Jason was also very courteous, humorous at time and took the time to explain all the aspect of the transaction and the paperwork to be signed. He also offered me all the additional services and other coverages that were available, clearly explaining the potential benefits but again not pushy just trying to understand the basis of my choices. It was overall a great experience, in a matter of a few hours I was able to test drive the car, negotiate a trade in, complete all the paperwork while the car was being detailed, have a technician to explain me every aspect of the car and set up a few electronic functions, and drive back home in a brand new car. This is the 4th car I bought in the region and definitively the dealership where I had the best experience. More

Better experience than other dealers recently I travelled 1 hr 2o min to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I purchased a used Passat and was trading in a used Honda. They were easy to work I travelled 1 hr 2o min to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I purchased a used Passat and was trading in a used Honda. They were easy to work with over the phone and gave me a very solid "sight unseen" trade offer, contingent on seeing it in person. They made good on their trade offer in person and had everything waiting for me, which was a pleasant surprise. The deal on the car I was purchasing was ok, but not exceptional. It was a CPO and they did most of the work, just to get above the CPO bar, with not much more. They even went as far as replacing two tires new, and then two others from used tires they had in the back room. When I questioned that, I was told that it met the CPO guidelines, and thats all it had to do. (used tires at 6/32) My salesman was a very nice guy and worked with me well. All in all, I left with a solid car, for an OK price but my bank still gave me hassles over the sales price being right at KBB FMV according to them, so I dont think I stole the car by any means. I am going to have to put the two new matching tires on the car from a tire place, just so that they all wear evening and dont cause me any problems going forward so that will cost me an additional $350 as well. More
