Best of the Best!!! I do not write reviews; HOWEVER, I find myself writing this one... I LOVE NPI...I can't say it enough! In all my experiences buying cars since I turned 16, I have never had it SOOOOO easy. No run arounds, no haggling, no BS...straight to the bottom line. This is my second experience with NPI...a few faces have come and go but Irv Gordon, Jason Hartman, John Balassis are definitely committed to great customer service and customer appreciation! BIGS THANKS TO YOU ALL for making a painful process - enjoyable! They went above and beyond their call of duty and I spent just a little bit over 1 hour closing the deal! I'll see you again! We fell in love with the Jutta, however we wanted to shop around and see what another dealership had and we really liked the car but not the other dealership so we reached out to Tim. Asked if we could get the car we saw and at out bottom line monthly rate. He worked with us and insured us we could get what we wanted. He really worked hard for us and we were fortunate to have him on our side. Their financing was also easy to work with. Courteous and Quick I had a great experience leasing my 2016 Jetta. I did a lot of the leg work through e-mails with Shawn Shaffer. When I picked up the car, Joe Dephilli I had a great experience leasing my 2016 Jetta. I did a lot of the leg work through e-mails with Shawn Shaffer. I practically needed to ask them to run my credit and move forward with the transaction. Tim even spent 45 minutes teaching my son how to drive a manual with incredible friendliness and patience. Clearly an experienced sales team who know VW's. Other dealers we experienced employed sales people with less than 6 months experience and no clue about basic features. Finance and paperwork were a breeze with John who thoroughly reviewed and explained everything as concisely as possible. A wealth of resources at North Penn VW and a true pleasure to work with. Will definitely purchase future VWs from North Penn. More
