I briefly emailed back and forth with Shawn regarding a lease I was interested in and he was quick to get me the information I needed and a more-than-reasonable price. He directed me to Greg Holland whom I met when I arrived at the dealership. Greg was incredibly helpful and patient and did not at all perpetuate the stereotype of your typical car salesman. I never once felt pressured during the entire transaction, which is a huge plus. He took the time to go over every nuance with the car and addressed any concerns I had. Also very knowledgeable with the product, which made me feel at ease. When you ask questions about a car and the salesman doesn't seem to know, it's a little off-putting. Not that way at all with Greg. He knows his stuff! You also get the impression he genuinely cares about his customers and that makes all the difference to me. After we made the deal, he directed me to Jason who went over all of the paperwork, additional services, etc. Very down to earth and did not push or oversell. Took the time to explain everything in exacting detail and, like Greg, very knowledgeable about the services and product. I would absolutely recommend North Penn VW to anyone in the area considering purchasing a VW. They have a customer for life! More

I decided to pursue a used car from the lot and the experience was excellent! I initially left the lot with an Audi and decided overnight that the car was not right for me - one of the main reasons was my desire to stay in the NP Imports service area as a Volkswagen owner. I bought a Certified Used 2013 Jetta sedan. Derek, Jason, Ken and Joe were all phenomenal. I highly recommend their dealership.
