We made an immediate deal and his initial price was the delivered price. After being battered around with the usual games (which my wife had thoroughly researched) at the other dealers, our experience at North Penn was just the way a car purchase should be. It was a straightforward and clear transaction. Antonio spent a great deal of time explaining every detail about the car and was very patient with two non tech-savvy customers. More

I was operating under a tight timeframe to make my lease decision before I had to leave for the week for a work trip. I called North Penn ahead of time, spoke with Michael and conveyed my car needs. He promptly followed up with an email that listed the dealer specials. I arrived to the dealership the same evening and Michael had the cars waiting for me to view. Once the decision was made, the leasing process end-to-end was seamless and easy. For the first time buying a car, I didn't have to sit for hours waiting. Excellent experience We drove over 1.5 hours to the dealership to test out a EuroVan which our family of campers has wanted purchase but have been having trouble finding. He showed us some of the neat features, made a recommendation as to where to take a drive and was very patient with our questions.
