I inquired about a used car on the lot, a person replied to my inquiry immediately and a time was setup to see th Easiest car purchase I ever made.... I inquired about a used car on the lot, a person replied to my inquiry immediately and a time was setup to see the car. I came in to see the car and the sales person had it waiting and ready for a test drive. The salesman was never pushy and very helpful answering all of my questions about the car. I put some money down to hold the car as I needed to come back over the weekend to finalize the paper work. When I came back to finalized the purchase I was in and out of the dealership within 45mins. This really was the easiest car purchase I ever made, the team there was great and I wouldn't think twice about buying another car from them in the future. More

First Service I recently took my new Atlas in for its initial service. There were some recall issues that were taken care of but more importantly, I had an oil chan I recently took my new Atlas in for its initial service. There were some recall issues that were taken care of but more importantly, I had an oil change done by an outside shop (Valvoline) that believe it or not, did not go well. The o-ring around the filter was crimped and subsequently began leaking oil to the extent the oil light was illuminated. I stopped, had it fixed and sent my car to North Penn VW for the once over and to see if I needed the oil changed again. I was sent a full video analysis by the tech, basically telling me everything looked good and they did not see the need for another oil change. Talk about professionalism!
