It was ok. I took my car in for an oil change, which took quite some tine to get an appointment; over 3 weeks. As long as the car was there, they did the 40,000 I took my car in for an oil change, which took quite some tine to get an appointment; over 3 weeks. As long as the car was there, they did the 40,000 mile check. I needed 3 tires, chi-ching. I just outright the car, a few months ago. Not sure why these things weren't taken care of then. I asked about the windshield that had a scratch , a very large one, and Derek's response more or less blew it off. That wasn't necessary. I also asked about some spots that has some paint issues, but that was overlooked until I got to the dealership and mentioned it. Once again, Tim Notiarani helped me out. He addressed every issue that hadn't been addressed while my car was in service. More

My Jetta was purchased from them and I’m so glad that choice was made almost 8 years ago. Some repairs required a longer than planned visit but North Penn arranged for rental car for me. If you’re a consumer wondering if you can trust this dealership. You Can. On a side note my son Has purchased 2 cars from them, still driving the 2nd purchased car from them, my sister had purchased 4 cars for different family members and I’m on my 2nd car from them. More
