I stopped in to look at a Tiguan, and get some additional info on it, since I didn’t have any experience with one. Bill was honest and straightforward, and was quite knowledgeable about VW and the Tiguan. He answered all my questions, let me take one for a ride, and upon return asked for my thoughts. At no time did I feel any pressure, nor did I feel rushed. I told him my budget, and after running some numbers, they worked out a deal that matched my budget. Overall a positive and stress-free experience. I was very happy with my experience, and will certainly work with them again. More

I was always super intrigued by the newer GTI platform as a good starting point so I spent the last year and a half looking for the right one. Last week, I stumbled across an ad for one on Car Gurus. A 2016 with really low miles, practically brand new. I stopped in for a test drive but only had an hour or so to spend there before I had to head home since my wife had a doctor appt. Most dealers would try to find ways to make you stay and be very pushy for the sale. Not North Penn. Not because they didn't want the sale but they clearly respect their customers and their customers time. Plus, I would assume that Greg Holland (the sales guy who I dealt with) had confidence that the GTI would win me over during the test drive. The GTI was from a lease so it had its maintenance done and was in solid condition. Literally like brand new. While I did my research on the car and knew a lot about it before I showed up there, Greg filled in the gaps and clearly has knowledge of the car, too. The process from beginning to end was so smooth that it was honestly incredible. I am not sure that I have ever experienced such a smooth buying process in my life. And the fact that not once was someone trying to pressure me was great. I don't cave to the pressure anyway and know the games but I genuinely felt a mutual respect. A rare thing in this day and age no matter where you are. Kudos to North Penn VW. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a VW. Look up Greg Holland, too, if you are interested in buying. I am sure the other sales folks are good too but I know for sure that Greg is fantastic and will take care of the customer. Thanks for the GTI! I have always wanted to own a GTI and North Penn helped that become a reality. More

OK service always additional cost The service is OK; they are friendly. Of note, there is always additional work required, and it's hard to decide if it indeed needed. Radiator/cooler The service is OK; they are friendly. Of note, there is always additional work required, and it's hard to decide if it indeed needed. Radiator/cooler flush because the liquid is dark (was actually pink). One tire pressure was not working - advice change all with the updated version for more than $500. I single one cost $30 online. Prices for the part are on average 2-3 times what the cost online. More

Unusual car dealer actually opened with lowest price! E-mailed and offered to buy a car after we test drove and never heard back from Greg Holland. He said it "disappears" after you read it.
