Bill was honest and straightforward, and was quite knowledgeable about VW and the Tiguan. He answered all my questions, let me take one for a ride, and upon return asked for my thoughts. At no time did I feel any pressure, nor did I feel rushed. I told him my budget, and after running some numbers, they worked out a deal that matched my budget. Overall a positive and stress-free experience. I was very happy with my experience, and will certainly work with them again. More

Radiator/cooler flush because the liquid is dark (was actually pink). One tire pressure was not working - advice change all with the updated version for more than $500. I single one cost $30 online. Prices for the part are on average 2-3 times what the cost online. More
