Excellent Experience I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep. More
