Another great experience buying another great car. North Penn offered me a great deal on a new Passat to replace the one I was driving. Tim helped immeasurably, just as he has with the fur or five car North Penn offered me a great deal on a new Passat to replace the one I was driving. When I finally picked the car I wanted, Tim went to great lengths to find it and North Penn prep it beautifully and quickly. Financing was smooth sailing with Jason's expert help. Good but not perfect The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended “ECM Programming.” My question, if you’re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn’t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)?
