I am giving North Penn a five star review because of the experience I had buying a 2024 Jetta Sport from North Penn VW with Tom. Tom was extremely helpful durning the whole process, especially since I have experience I had buying a 2024 Jetta Sport from North Penn VW with Tom. Tom was extremely helpful durning the whole process, especially since I have never bought a brand new car before. Some examples of what they did to help me included having the car cleaned before I arrived, holding the car for me for over a week, helping me find the car that fit my specific criteria, and accommodating me paying with both a check and cash. I had been saving my money for a new car for months, and I am extremely glad that I choose to spend it at North Penn because they gave me the exact car I was hoping for (a rare manual) and a great experience.
