Smooth and Fair experience I worked with Bill Kurz who was very pleasant and extremely nice to my daughter and me. He was also very knowledgeable about the 2018Tiquan and all it I worked with Bill Kurz who was very pleasant and extremely nice to my daughter and me. It is always a painless experience with buying from Tim and he goes far above and beyond every time we work with him. He does more then I’d like to say 98% of salesmen would do when purchasing a vehicle. I told Tim exactly what I wanted he found it the car came in and it didn’t meet his standards and was determined to find another car to make the deal happen all on time which he easily made happen. I walked away more happy then I have ever been buying a car so far. As much as I hate dealerships I’d say I’m bummed that I won’t be able to work with him for awhile now since this car was purchased and I plan on keeping it for a good amount of time. If you’re in the area to this dealership, don’t go anywhere else head straight here and ask for Tim it will be the best experience you will ever have at a dealership. More

I've been using them for years for servicing my 2011 GTI and my service rep Ken B. has always helpful when any minor or major issues arose. Two years ago I had the pleasure of working with Matt T. on a Jetta lease for my daughter. Matt made the process quick and easy and with no pressure, especially since he knew we needed the car ASAP. I kept in touch with Matt as I've been looking to upgrade from the GTI and I finally pulled the trigger on my new Golf. Matt understood I was dead set on the particulars and helped locate the car and keep it in mint condition until I could get back to pick it up after a trip. Overall the dealership has been great to work with over the past 7 years of being a VW owner and if you're looking for reputable people Ken and Matt are great to work with. More
