We set up an appointment and looked at the two cars we had narrowed our search down to, went for a test drive, and made an easy decision. Everything was crystal clear all through the car buying process. Our sales professional, Tim, was great. A pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable in the VW line up, and a Volkswagen enthusiast himself. We really hit it off. Also, Jason in finance was super easy going. Absolutely zero pressure. I was very appreciative of the great service. I had an issue with my tire and could have easily been told, it’s your issue and not covered under your warranty.
