The process was great from beginning to end. I came in checking out a Passat I looked at online. I met with Matt and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I was coming I came in checking out a Passat I looked at online. I met with Matt and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I was coming to VW from Lexus, with this being my first VW. Matt was very straight forward and helped me to make sure I ended up with a vehicle that would give me the best overall experience. I feel he delivered on that and more! Matt and Jason made the finance process very easy and got me a great deal. I left feeling great about my new VW and look forward to getting behind the wheel as much as possible. On top of that when I had to come back the following day to deliver my title. Derek helped me handle the transfer and even helped me out with replacing the battery on one of my keys! Great service all around. Thank you North Penn VW for making this one of easiest car buying experience I have ever had. More
