Horrible experience at every service. During my last service, the car was unable to be washed so I was given a coupon to go across the street. When I did, the side view mirror casing came During my last service, the car was unable to be washed so I was given a coupon to go across the street. When I did, the side view mirror casing came off (which was just recently replaced) I returned to the dealership service center and they taped on the casing and told me they would order a new part and then call me when it was in…. This was a month ago… still waiting for their call and driving around with a mirror covered in packaging tape. Horrible experience! More
