I called in August to discuss trading in a newly purchased Toyota Rav 4 which I regretted buying. From the first call, to the visit, to the pick up date this dealership was fantastic! No pressure, they worked with me to come up with a fair deal, they took care of the oustanding loan in a timely fashion. Jason was great - personable, friendly, knowledgeable, good sense of humor. I was able to take my time test driving, reviewing, asking many questions. The deal took almost no time. And locating the car I wanted happened very quickly. The car was delivered clean, full tank of gas, and Jason spent time going over every single thing that car does. The finance office is thoroughly organized and not a single question I had stumped the person I worked with, Helen, if I recall, was her name. Before I left I already had my first service appointment set for December. I love the car, loved the experience, and will recommend them to anyone! First, I love the car. From my first visit to the lot, the dealer and salesperson were definately no pressure, while still being attentive. He answered my questions, then simply offered an invitation to test drive, again with no pressure. The finance guy was the same way, he made the offers quickly and throughly, with no sales pitch.
