First, I love the car. From my first visit to the lot, the dealer and salesperson were definately no pressure, while still being attentive. He answered my questions, then simply offered an invitation to test drive, again with no pressure. The finance guy was the same way, he made the offers quickly and throughly, with no sales pitch. I live in New Jersey and saw the car on the internet at North Penn mazda 50 miles away. In order to accommodate me Tony came in on his day off to show the car and do test drive. This was a Sunday, so even though we could not do business we were able to see the car. This was of great value to me as I work in New York and this was the only day I could go to PA. We completed the deal by telephone, Tony had the car and paperwork delivered to my home to complete the sale. I was impressed because this was not an expensive new car, but rather a second hand car for my teenage daughter. Such service was unexpected. Finally, there was an inordinate delay in getting the title back from the agency in Harrisburg- beyond the expiration of the temporary registration and Tony was very helpful in getting it resolved. I highly commend Tony Hamilton for his outstanding efforts, and always in a pleasant and helpful manner. He is a great asset to North Penn Mazda. More
