I originally was going to just test drive to make sure I 100% wanted a Mazda. I was looking at Honda, Toyota, Subaru & a few others here & there. I fell in love with the Mazda 6. The dealership I previously wanted to lease the Mazda from was not helpful & caused me a lot of panic as the lease on my previous vehicle was quickly approaching. Long story short, I was able to PURCHASE a beautiful 2016 Mazda 6 sport for around the same monthly price as a lease would have been....and I own it! Tony was nothing but kind & helpful. He was always available to answer questions via phone or email. Never ever pushy or rude. He made my first car purchasing experience so easy & I could not be any happier than I am now with my car! Great experience buying a fine used car I saw a car (MX-5) on-line and contacted by email to see if the car was still available. The response was immediate - and the car was available. (Re I saw a car (MX-5) on-line and contacted by email to see if the car was still available. The response was immediate - and the car was available. (Remarkably, and without remembering it, my wife had seen the car on-line the previous week and called the dealership. When we turned up the salesperson remembered speaking to my wife - without she or me remembering the contact. Kudos for a great memory!) We saw the car and immediately knew that this was the car I wanted. From that moment of first seeing the car to driving away happily no more than 4 hours elapsed. A brief test drive confirmed that this was indeed exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I committed to take the car everything was very smoothly taken care of extremely fast: off it went for a full service and full detailing. I went off for lunch (to a local diner recommended by the dealer - which was also excellent value!) On return, the paperwork was professionally and very efficiently handled without any fuss - and various options for additional coverage clearly presented. And the car was delivered, temporary plates attached and shining as new, an hour before the estimated time. Tony was a pleasure to deal with, efficient, professional and helpful. The car was exactly as advertised. The dealership clean and well presented. All staff friendly. Hard to see how anything could have been improved here. More
