I really liked the professionalism that I experienced. I called and started the deal on the phone and it was pleasant talking with Tony. I called in August to discuss trading in a newly purchased Toyota Rav 4 which I regretted buying. From the first call, to the visit, to the pick up date this dealership was fantastic! No pressure, purchased Toyota Rav 4 which I regretted buying. From the first call, to the visit, to the pick up date this dealership was fantastic! No pressure, they worked with me to come up with a fair deal, they took care of the oustanding loan in a timely fashion. Jason was great - personable, friendly, knowledgeable, good sense of humor. I was able to take my time test driving, reviewing, asking many questions. The deal took almost no time. And locating the car I wanted happened very quickly. The car was delivered clean, full tank of gas, and Jason spent time going over every single thing that car does. The finance office is thoroughly organized and not a single question I had stumped the person I worked with, Helen, if I recall, was her name. Before I left I already had my first service appointment set for December. I love the car, loved the experience, and will recommend them to anyone! I'm now up to my 4th purchase from Dan and the the 6th Mazda I've owned. Wife got sick of me having a new car and she wanted one. As usual, Dan obliged. Everything went exceptionally smooth, especially since we already knew what we wanted. We dreamed up the idea on a Friday and in less than a week, the car was in the driveway. Dan spent an entire day emailing with us to make sure we got what we wanted. The finance paperwork went great too. More smoothly than last time. It only took a few minutes with no sales pitch on available extras. More

First, I love the car. From my first visit to the lot, the dealer and salesperson were definately no pressure, while still being attentive. On a cold, early morning second visit, I went directly to back of the lot where the in-stock models of interest were. I had a chance to check them out and then the salesman shows up to check in. He answered my questions, then simply offered an invitation to test drive, again with no pressure. The finance guy was the same way, he made the offers quickly and throughly, with no sales pitch. Did I mention, I love the car? More
