I live in New Jersey and saw the car on the internet at North Penn mazda 50 miles away. In order to accommodate me Tony came in on his day off to show the car and do test drive. This was a Sunday, so even though we could not do business we were able to see the car. This was of great value to me as I work in New York and this was the only day I could go to PA. We completed the deal by telephone, Tony had the car and paperwork delivered to my home to complete the sale. I was impressed because this was not an expensive new car, but rather a second hand car for my teenage daughter. Such service was unexpected. Finally, there was an inordinate delay in getting the title back from the agency in Harrisburg- beyond the expiration of the temporary registration and Tony was very helpful in getting it resolved. I highly commend Tony Hamilton for his outstanding efforts, and always in a pleasant and helpful manner. He is a great asset to North Penn Mazda. More
Dan was overall the most helpful car salesmen I have ever delt with. He was sure to answer any questions and concerns that I had and it was clear that he was well aware of what he was talking about. He also delt with. He was sure to answer any questions and concerns that I had and it was clear that he was well aware of what he was talking about. He also took the time to make sure that I was placed into a car that was right for me regarding reliability as well as cost. I will continue to go to north penn mazda More

Michael Fontaine was awesome. Was able to go into detail on all the features on the car and answered all of my questions. Generally I hate car salesmen, but I was pleasantly surprised with Dan. He seemed genuinely interested that we were comfortable with the whole experience. Dan helped us pick out a car that was right fo surprised with Dan. He seemed genuinely interested that we were comfortable with the whole experience. Dan helped us pick out a car that was right for us and not the one that would give him the biggest commission. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. What I liked the most was that there was no pressure to buy. We began looking at the car 6 months prior to purchasing it and not once did he hound us, but assured us that when WE were ready that he would be there to help. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if Dan is their salesman. More
Not overly pushy; very helpful. SD card for navigation system was missing. Overall was a pleasant experience but the car itself was main attraction. ZOOM ZOOM! system was missing. Overall was a pleasant experience but the car itself was main attraction. ZOOM ZOOM! More
The salesman was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was a great pleasure to work with. We have had 2 family members buy from Dan and we will keep on referring more. This is the third car that I have purchased from Dan in the past 18 months (2 used and now 1 new). I've been mostly happy with the service I've received at this store. The sales experience has been great w the past 18 months (2 used and now 1 new). I've been mostly happy with the service I've received at this store. The sales experience has been great with Dan and that's why I keep asking for him when I go back. None of the 80's style sales pitch, strong-arming or low balling trade value stuff took place, which is very different from the other dealers I went to in the past few weeks while shopping for a new car. I ended up with the car I wanted for the price I wanted. So that sums it up well. I just can't handle the older sales guys and their sales tactics from some of the other dealers, so I find Dan really easy to deal with and kind of refreshing. He did forget to give me one piece of info, which I found later on the internet, but hey, there was a LOT of stuff to go through... My one complaint since I started frequenting this dealer has been the service department. They are all super nice, they know my name and ask about my family and they are all-around great people, but I recently called and asked about a recommended service and they quoted me the most expensive service possible. I did some research and found out that what Mazda REQUIRED at this milestone was hundreds less than what the dealer said I needed. We ended up resolving this and they apologized and I believe it was handled well enough, hence me buying another car there. But now with the new car, there's another issue: I had it in the shop the other day to get the owner personalization done (I had a list of options that I wanted to alter). When the service was done, I asked specifically if there were any items that couldn't be done, or if there were any issues. I was told no, it's all good. Well it's not. 95% of what I asked for is done, but one of the most important (to me) changes I requested was not performed and I was not told. I now have to go back and ask them to do it AGAIN, and chances are I'll have to pay this time. Apparently Mazda USA only pays for one personalization visit during ownership. Long story short: Sales gets a 5, Service a 3-4. I said 4 because they are good people. More
North Penn Mazda ended up being a great place to purchase my first car. The sales staff was particularly helpful with guiding me along; from selecting the car that was right for me, all the way through signing. My sales rep, Dan Oestreich, couldn't have been any friendlier. He made the process simple and rewarding. I'm proud to say that with Dan's help I secured my first car, completely under my name and financing. Its a day I won't forget, and one that would not have happened if it wasn't for Dan and North Penn Mazda. More
They were very friendly and not the typical "slick" sales types. My salesperson Mark was very willing to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and helped to discuss and sort through a "slick" sales types.
