I was out here on Business and decided to purchases the car out here and drive it back to IL. I called the North Penn and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. I showed up, signed a few a papers and drove the car off the lot. But not before Vinny spent 20 mins giving me a detailed tour of the CX-5 features. Really a no hassle awesome experience and I would highly recommend buying a Mazda and you should definitely buy it from North Penn More

We discussed my options on the phone, then over the following month emailed back and forth up to the day I came in. Joe answered any questions I had and asked me the right questions in return. I felt confident about my possible purchase. This rapport built between consumer and dealer was what made me travel the 40 minutes to North Penn when I could have chosen closer dealerships! Even the test drive was great, as they literally handed me the keys and told me to go have fun. I was looking on Cars and Car Gurus and found a CPO 2012 Mazda 3s Grand Touring. it was within an hour from my house so I went and checked it out Sunday. liked it so I went back with my girlfriend. We went back and we're looking around. I have a big pet peeve of getting hounded by salesmen before getting out my car. we were looking at the car and a ten minutes pass and Vinny comes out and asks about my interests. I told him my financial situation, what I can afford and so forth. it was raining and he asked to go inside to get numbers down. we verified everything and he confidently told me, it can happen. being upside down in my car and hearing similar things from other dealers and being let down, it really did happen. hassle free test drive is the real deal. it was a pleasant experience and I wish my last two times buying a car was this easy and painless. everything was ran and I had confirmation in a few hours. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. they listen to your interests and didn't push anything like typical dealers do. you know how they always try to get you in a brand new car! that wasn't the case. North Penn and Vinny were friendly, honest, understanding and pleasant to work with. they even told me I didn't need as much money down that I offered to get where I wanted. they didn't suck it up like others. I really wish to business with them again. I recommend, the reviews and ratings don't lie. thank you everyone there! I'll be for sure enjoying my new car! More

As I had never purchased a car on my own before, I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, but Joe was the least pushy and friendliest sales person I had dealt with compared to other dealerships. Joe did a great job and answered all my questions, from the value of my trade to safety ratings on the 3 and answered phone and email questions very promptly. Brent in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. It was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. More

Joe Butler was my salesmen and listened to every requirement that I had. I was able to get the car I wanted for less a month. The service department is excellent as well. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and they are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership. More
