Bought and drove out new Miata within 3 hours I had previously researched and new what I wanted... a 2016 Miata Grand Touring 6 speed standard in Ceramic color. North Penn Mazda had one in stock and they are also my local dealer. I walked in on Saturday at 1:30pm, test drove, filled out paper work, went out to pick up a driver for my other car, came back and drove away with a fully detailed new Miata at 3:30pm. To me not wasting time is important and I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the experience. And yes... love the car!! More

Least stressful and best used car buying experience My husband and I came in to test drive and purchase a 2011 Acura TL we found online. Our sales rep was Luis Mendoza. Being Patient This past Saturday I went into NP Mazda to test drive a 6 Grand Touring. I worked with John Sell and drove a 2014 and a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and This past Saturday I went into NP Mazda to test drive a 6 Grand Touring. I worked with John Sell and drove a 2014 and a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and was surprising impressed with the vehicle. I was even more impressed with John Sell, who was personable, professional and patient. I have been a Honda guy for the past decade. After my experience with John, I'm making the transition to Mazda and I am currently just waiting on NPM to locate and acquire a the model and color options I requested. Being patient in North Wales!
