Every time I have gone, it has been a great experience. I live pretty far from the dealership, so I usually communicate with them via email or phone and have a few options lined up before I go and try and do everything in one day. Once I select the vehicle I want, the process is always smooth and painless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Bought the used car of my dreams! I saw on CarFax that they had a 2010 mini cooper on their lot, and went to take it for a test drive. North Penn Mazda & John Sell are a model for customer servic This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had a car dealership. I walked in randomly to test drive the CX-5 to do some comparison shop This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had a car dealership. I walked in randomly to test drive the CX-5 to do some comparison shopping and was met at the front door by the friendly sales manager who directed me to John Sell. John was both friendly and professional. From start to finish he was personable and upfront about the vehicles and asked questions to better help me. They weren't the type of questions you get from someone that is trying to upsell, but instead he was dedicated to making sure I had a good experience and received all the information I was looking for to make the best decision for me and my family. His knowledge of Mazda products was impressive, but it was also clear that he was a "car guy" and had a deep knowledge of many makes and models. John was never pushy or over-eager which can be a turnoff (at least to me). When my wife came in separately to test drive the car she came home raving about the service and how great he was to work with. If you're in the market for a Mazda and in a 50 mile radius of North Penn, I suggest you come in and let John take care of you. You're unlikely to have as positive an experience purchasing a car as you will when dealing with John Sell. I can honestly say having a pleasant experience at a car dealer was a first for me and I'll be recommending friends and family call John first. Oh, and if you're unsure of what car brand to buy, do yourself a favor and check out Mazda's offerings. You get a lot of car for the money compared to other brands. More

I must say that my experience with North Penn Mazda was extremely pleasant from the moment I first visited their website, subsequently visited their I must say that my experience with North Penn Mazda was extremely pleasant from the moment I first visited their website, subsequently visited their their show room, and ultimately purchased a vehicle. I had an IM chat with Tim Sheehan from their website prior to our onsite visit and his professional demeanor was one of the main reasons I decided to visit the dealership. All of the employees were welcoming without making my husband and me feel pressured. The car I was interested in was up front and ready for me to test drive upon our arrival and Tim Sheehan was able to satisfactorily answer all my questions. I would characterize Tim as trustworthy, professional, and a person of integrity. It wasn't long before we made a deal on a CX-9 that I really feel good about. The Finance Director, Brent Fried, is absolutely one of the best in the business. Between my husband and I, this is our 10th car purchase and was by far our best buying experience. I would whole-heartedly recommend North Penn Mazda to anyone who's looking for a great car at a great price!!!! More

John Sell was a pleasure to deal with; he comes across as very sincere and honest. He is a very professional and knowledgeable relative to the Mazda product line. His management (Kyle Neith) and Fiance team (Colleen Celec) were also very engaging and helped to facilitate the deal. North Penn is a great dealership, conveniently located, and a warm friendly atmosphere. This is the second Mazda I purchased at North Penn Imports and I plan to continue doing business with NPI as their customer service is also first-rate. More
