Personal Experience With Zero Stress Came to the dealership with my father and perused the lot looking for a few vehicles that we noticed online. Normally at any other dealership you will Came to the dealership with my father and perused the lot looking for a few vehicles that we noticed online. Normally at any other dealership you will be pounced on once you step foot onto the property, but not here. We were given our space until we were ready. Met with Charlie and he pulled one of the vehicles for us to test drive. Although the vehicle did not have everything I wanted I spent some time with Charlie afterwards so he could get an idea of what I was looking for. A few days later I received a text from Charlie, which is a lot less informal and love instead of phone calls back and forth, indicating a vehicle that matched my preferences was just traded in. The next day I went back to see and test drive and loved everything about it. While waiting for my dad to arrive Charlie made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions about the car I had. Conversation after conversation while we waited, it almost felt like I knew Charlie for a while and we were just sitting around catching up. Really made the experience a lot less stressful for me. Once my dad arrived we started the infamous numbers conversation that everyone dreads. However at North Penn Mazda this process was not dreadful at all. We talked numbers and they were very reasonable and accommodating to any concerns we had about numbers or the car itself. Then spoke with Brent Freid to finalize all the papers, whom was great to work with. Very friendly and created a very relaxed environment with what could be a stressful time for a first time buyer. Once signed, we walked out the door and stepped into the new vehicle. Charlie explained all the features and hooked my phone up to the car. I then was off with my first vehicle, all thanks to Charlie. I definitely will keep North Penn Mazda in mind for the future. More

Charlie was great to work with. He was helpful and answered our questions. The car had an issue which the dealership tried to brush off but we ended up having to take it back in for CPO warranty repair. They provided us with a courtesy car but it was still a hassle as in live an hour away from the dealership. So wish that was easier. But overall, a good experience - the service department seems to be very efficient. So if you live close by, my issue wouldn't be such a problem for you. And yes, I'm very happy with my new car. More
