Wonderful service, great deal! I called North Penn Mazda on a whim after seeing a CX-5 that caught my eye on their website. I had reached the end of my rope with car shopping and wa I called North Penn Mazda on a whim after seeing a CX-5 that caught my eye on their website. I had reached the end of my rope with car shopping and was in a crunch to purchase a new vehicle. Charlie answered the phone, patiently ran numbers for me, and then invited me in to test drive the next day. I showed up to my appointment expecting to be put through the ringer (as I had been with every other dealer up until this point) and was so pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service! Charlie and the entire team at North Penn Mazda were friendly, patient, and completely down to earth about the realities of my budget and requirements. I fell in love with the CX-5 I had seen online (which had conveniently arrived that morning) and put down a deposit on the spot. My vehicle wasn’t ready immediately because it had to be put through inspection and detailing, but Charlie kept me informed every step of the way and the car was ready and looked absolutely spectacular a few days later. After arriving to pick up the car, I was in and out of the dealership in an hour, including signing all paperwork and inspecting the vehicle. Brent in finance was amazing with helping crunch numbers and keep my payment well under my maximum (which in my experience is rare). Everyone at North Penn Mazda was a delight to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More
