I was making inquiries with other dealership closer to my home but was pleasantly surprised to learn that Tim my salesperson for the first car was still with North Penn, because I had such a great experience the first time with Tim. He was very accommodating and worked with me! Then I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Colleen was still there on the finance side, she was incredible to work with the first time also!! I was in and out with my new car within 2 hours!!!!! More

I was warmly greeted and informed of the amenities available to me (I waited). The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious. I was delighted at the video clip I received of my vehicle, straight from the technician to explain what was checked and what was done to service my car. Checking out was easy and I was back on the road in only 40 minutes. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with the entire experience I had and I’m so happy I purchased my car from North Penn Mazda! More
