The day I made my purchase I had gone to 2 other VW dealerships and I was a bit frustrated with their customer service or lack there of......I was very close to just giving up and going home for the da dealerships and I was a bit frustrated with their customer service or lack there of......I was very close to just giving up and going home for the day. Something told me to try one last dealership and I am so glad I did. From the moment I got out of my car the service I received was outstanding. Jaime greeted me and asked me what I needed help with. I knew the vehicle I wanted and the color but I was unsure of the trim level. We went to his office and pulled up the options they had available. He was very knowledgeable regarding the features of each trim level which helped me make my decision. I made my purchase that day and I absolutely LOVE my vehicle. 10/10 recommend this dealership, they have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from and their customer service is top tier!!!!! More
