Bought a 2025 Tiguan for my wife and it shut off on her as she was on IH10. The engine shut off and the entire dash went black. The dealer has now had it for 35 days. They are saying another 2 weeks, which as she was on IH10. The engine shut off and the entire dash went black. The dealer has now had it for 35 days. They are saying another 2 weeks, which I don't believe. I have had to call for updates because there has been 0 attempts at communicating with us. Now she doesn't even want the car or trust that they can fix it properly. What they should do is have VW buy the vehicle since the safety concern is so high. More
