My experience at the dealership started off well thanks to Trini, who was an outstanding salesperson—patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I left with the right vehicle (this is the 3rd to Trini, who was an outstanding salesperson—patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I left with the right vehicle (this is the 3rd vehicle i buy from this place). Unfortunately, things changed once I began having an issue with the used car I purchased. The sales advisor, Norman, made the experience frustrating and disappointing. He was not professional, often dismissive, and at times almost demeaning, even telling me, “If it’s not a safety concern, we won’t be able to help.” He did not return my calls or messages and was always “too busy” to address my concerns. What should have been a simple, fair follow-up turned into a negative experience due to his lack of respect and customer service. More
