We had some damage to our Ascent side mirror due to garage door encounter. Ashley and tech at North Park were able to salvage parts of the mirror in the replacement to save us a few hundred dollars. My latest warranty service at North Park Subaru on San Pedro was excellent. Even though I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment (I had the time wrong), my service advisor arranged to go ahead & ch Pedro was excellent. Even though I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment (I had the time wrong), my service advisor arranged to go ahead & check my car in and provide me with a loaner car since I live in Pleasanton I appreciate being notified by text when my warranty work was completed and the new feature of sending a video covering all the items checked was a great addition. I also appreciated the expedited pickup process. All the service department personnel I encountered were professional and courteous and they made me feel like a valued customer. The overall experience was very positive and I look forward to returning for their great service! More
