North Park Subaru off Loop 410 is so professional from start to finish. I love how you are sent a video report of what needs to be addressed on my vehicle. Then the service representative will send the cost of each repair plus any noted regular maintenance that is due. I reserved a loaner car which made it hassle free to leave my auto with them yet carry on with my daily life. It also allowed me to drive a new model and sample all the current upgrades. I will continue to bring my 2014 Forester to Northpark for any repairs however I must say that I have hardly had any serious issues to get resolved other than typical wear and tear. Especially since I'm now over 100k miles into ownership of my third Subaru over the past 25 yrs! My first was a used '99 Legacy and the second was a new 2006 Forester. My current Forester was two years old when I acquired it in 2016. I plan to eventually get a fourth and likely last one as I have reached retirement age. So one more should see me through the rest of my driving years and then I'll pass it on to a grandchild or possibly a great grandchild! LOL As long as I reside in San Antonio, North Park Subaru will be my go to dealership! More
