Kimberly was great. I thought I made an appointment for 0800 Wed but when I arrived no appointment!! Had a chance to reconnect with Bobby B, who I have bought multiple Outbacks from. All in all a good visit with routine maintenance completed, latent defect with infotainment system in the works and Bobby working hard to sell me a new Subaru! More
